With
great concern to ecology and environment, the bagasse of sugar cane
is used as fuel for the boilers that produce steam for the retorts.
There is burning of no vegetation.
The labels of bottles are made with cellulose extracted from bagasse. At the end of the process, a severe quality control gives to "Cachaça do Parol"a special place among the best spirits produced in Brazil. |
