It
is produced by Borgatti & Borgatti Distillery in Curvelo, north
of Minas Gerais State, the land of the best handmade cachaças.
The sugar cane is cultivated with no toxic substances and selected one by one. It's juice is fermented with no chemical additives and then distilled in copper retorts. The product is aged in oak tuns, which give its special taste. Before bottling, "Cachaça do Parol", is filtered in order to eliminate all impurities. |
